Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We accept returns for:

• Defective products
• Non-defective products (change of mind)

• Return shipping is customer responsibility
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns
• No restocking fee applies for defective items

(This fixes your earlier conflict instead of removing it)

Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges.

However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 business days

Funds are returned to the original payment method.

• Processing time: up to 10 business days
• Bank processing time: additional 3–10 business days

Sale Items

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds
