Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or return. In other words. The return window is 30 days. 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original new condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We accept returns for:

• Defective products
• Non-defective products

• In-store drop-off
• Approved drop-off location

Return Costs

• Return shipping is customer responsibility
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• An $80 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. In other words. The return cost is $80. For defective items this fee will not apply. 

Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Funds are returned to the original payment method.
