This specification targets great mid to high range response and the ability to carry the performance/boost efficiently throughout the rev range. The PPRC turbo has a high response turbine wheel, larger and more efficient compressor wheel, upgraded thrust bearings, 40% stronger main shaft and a gate system. Its design boost is 40 psi and can be operated efficiently from 20 – 45psi Max. Suggested tuning to 35-40psi.Vehicle Fitment:

RC Colorado & Pre-DPF D-Max; This is a bolt-on turbo that requires modifications to the oil feed & drain hoses, and modifications to the dump pipe (We can supply these parts extra if required)
1KD Hilux; This is a bolt-on turbo that requires modifications to the oil feed & drain hoses, dump pipe, intake pipe & intercooler pipe (We can supply these parts extra if required)
Performance Expectations
Typically, when used in conjunction with a ECU piggyback, power is increased to around 180-250HP and torque up to 650nm depending on the year of the vehicle. Installations with a large intercooler, 3” exhaust, upgraded airbox and upgraded injectors have yielded results as high as 350+HP and torque over 650Nm at the wheels.An upgraded clutch is mandatory if you have a manualCommon supporting modifications
